Dr Holly Carding is a GP and Menopause Specialist with extensive clinical and educational expertise in hormone health. She holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Menopause Medicine with distinction and is working towards the British Menopause Society’s Advanced Certificate in Menopause Care. Dr Carding leads the educational strategy at Newson Education, where she designs and delivers evidence-based training for healthcare professionals. Her clinical background includes work in both NHS and private sectors, with a focus on holistic, person-centred care. She has contributed to digital innovation in menopause services, including the development of a direct-to-consumer platform and AI-enhanced workflows at Newson Health. Dr Carding also supervises medical students and GP trainees, supports menopause-related research, and regularly speaks at professional and community events. Her commitment to advancing menopause education and improving patient outcomes makes her exceptionally well-suited to lead the PGCert in Menopause Medicine.
